Who we are

A specialist commercial equipment supplier

VendoPizza focuses on automated pizza retail equipment and the practical requirements involved in bringing a machine into operation. Our role is to help buyers identify a suitable preparation format, review technical and commercial details, coordinate supply and provide clear information before an order is placed.

The range includes refrigerated fresh-bake, frozen stock-and-bake and other automated pizza vending configurations. Availability, specifications, placement suitability and documentation can vary by manufacturer, model and destination, so each project is reviewed individually.

We work with single-machine buyers as well as businesses planning multi-location deployments. Every recommendation should be based on the buyer’s actual menu, expected demand, electrical supply, installation environment, payment requirements and service plan.

What we provide

Support across the commercial buying process

A pizza vending project involves more than selecting a machine. We help buyers review the operational, technical and commercial details that affect installation and daily use.

01

Machine selection

Comparison of preparation format, storage capacity, pizza dimensions, cooking workflow, placement type and available payment technology.

02

Technical review

Review of electrical supply, machine dimensions, access, ventilation, connectivity, environmental requirements and other installation considerations.

03

Commercial quotation

A written quotation based on the selected model, configuration, quantity, destination, delivery basis, available options and applicable taxes.

04

Documentation coordination

Coordination of the technical sheet, user manual, available conformity documentation and other model-specific records required for the transaction.

05

Delivery planning

Coordination of shipping details, destination requirements and handover information according to the terms stated in the accepted quotation.

06

After-sales communication

Access to warranty handling, operating guidance and technical communication in accordance with the selected machine, manufacturer procedures and sales agreement.

Sales Manager

Dan Erick

Dan Erick manages commercial enquiries and buyer communication for VendoPizza. His role is to understand each project, confirm the required machine and destination, coordinate technical information and prepare a quotation that clearly states the configuration, commercial terms, warranty and next steps.

Buyers can contact Dan regarding single-machine projects, multi-unit requirements, international delivery, model comparisons and documentation requests. Final specifications and commitments are confirmed in writing through the applicable quotation, proforma invoice and sales contract.

How we work

A clear project and quotation process

The process is structured to reduce ambiguity before production, preparation and shipment.

Project details

The buyer provides the preferred model, quantity, delivery location, installation environment and relevant company or tax information.

Model confirmation

We review the requested workflow, capacity and destination requirements before confirming the most relevant configuration.

Written quotation

The buyer receives the stated equipment price, configuration, delivery basis, payment terms, warranty position and available documentation.

Order coordination

Once the commercial documents are accepted, the order proceeds under the terms recorded in the sales contract and proforma invoice.

Documentation and compliance

Model-specific information, not blanket claims

Commercial vending machines can involve electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, radio connectivity, food-contact materials, refrigeration and local installation requirements. The documents relevant to a transaction depend on the exact finished machine and configuration.

VendoPizza therefore avoids treating component certificates or general manufacturer statements as proof for every model. Before purchase, buyers may request the documentation available for the selected machine, including the technical sheet, user manual and applicable conformity records.

Warranty policy

Standard one-year limited warranty

New machines are offered with a standard one-year limited warranty, unless a different term is expressly stated in the accepted quotation or sales contract. Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, parts responsibilities and any labour or travel arrangements depend on the selected model, manufacturer terms and destination.

The quotation and sales contract are the controlling documents for each order. Consumables, normal wear, misuse, unauthorised modifications, unsuitable utilities and maintenance outside the prescribed procedures may be excluded.
