Website Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use VendoPizza.com, review machine information, submit a quotation request or communicate with Vendo Pizza LLC through the website. They are intended to make the website’s role and limitations clear to visitors worldwide.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using VendoPizza.com, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Your use of a separate third-party service, such as WhatsApp, YouTube or a manufacturer website, may also be governed by that provider’s terms.
These Terms apply only to the public website and website-based communications. Additional terms may apply to quotations, orders, payments, delivery, installation, warranty, support and other commercial activities.
2. Website operator
- Legal entity: Vendo Pizza LLC
- Business address: 1100 Cornwall Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, United States
- Email: sales@vendopizza.com
- Telephone: +1 856 556 9428
- Sales Manager: Dan Erick
3. Scope and commercial-document priority
These Terms are designed to inform visitors about website use. They do not constitute a complete equipment sales agreement, warranty contract, shipping agreement, installation agreement or service-level agreement.
For a commercial order, the controlling documents are the documents expressly issued and accepted for that transaction. Depending on the transaction, these may include the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, technical specification, warranty terms, delivery terms and any incorporated Commercial Sales Terms.
If website content conflicts with an accepted transaction document, the accepted transaction document controls to the extent of the conflict. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
4. Eligibility and authority
The website is principally intended for commercial buyers, entrepreneurs, institutions, property operators and other persons researching commercial pizza vending equipment.
You may use the website only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you submit information on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and communicate about the proposed project.
The website is not directed to children and should not be used to submit enquiries by anyone who is not legally old enough to make the relevant communication under local law.
5. Website and product information
VendoPizza aims to present machine classifications, specifications, images, videos, prices, support information and compliance guidance accurately. Commercial equipment changes over time, however, and manufacturers may revise specifications, options, appearance, software, documentation or availability without immediate notice to VendoPizza.
Website content is therefore provided for preliminary research and project discussion. Before making a purchase decision, you should review the exact model code, configuration, technical sheet, electrical requirements, dimensions, installation conditions, warranty and available conformity documentation stated or supplied for the proposed order.
Images and visual material
Images, videos, renders and diagrams may show optional equipment, earlier versions, example branding or a configuration different from the machine available for your destination. Visual material should not be treated as a complete technical specification.
Compliance and local requirements
References to CE marking, declarations, food safety, electrical standards, payment systems, radio connectivity, refrigeration or other requirements must be assessed for the exact finished machine and destination. Website content is not legal, regulatory, engineering, food-safety, tax, customs or planning advice.
6. Quotation and contact requests
You may submit a quotation or contact request through the website. Submission confirms only that you have asked VendoPizza to review the information provided. It does not:
- place an order;
- reserve a machine or production slot;
- guarantee stock or availability;
- fix a price, exchange rate or freight charge;
- create exclusivity;
- oblige VendoPizza to issue a quotation;
- oblige either party to enter a transaction; or
- constitute acceptance by VendoPizza of your proposed terms.
VendoPizza may request additional information to assess compatibility, availability, delivery, compliance, payment or support requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete project information.
7. Displayed prices and payment information
Prices displayed on the website are preliminary commercial information unless expressly identified as a binding offer and accepted in accordance with its stated conditions. A website price may be a starting price, base-configuration price, indicative price or price excluding options and transaction-specific costs.
Items that may affect the final amount
- machine model and exact configuration;
- payment terminal and cash-handling equipment;
- branding, software, connectivity and optional features;
- quantity and production availability;
- currency and exchange-rate movements;
- packaging, freight, insurance and destination handling;
- customs duties, import taxes, VAT and government charges;
- installation, commissioning, travel or local technical work; and
- destination-specific documentation or modifications.
Website content does not authorise payment and should not be used as bank-transfer instructions. Payment should be made only in accordance with verified payment instructions contained in the applicable proforma invoice or sales contract. Buyers should independently verify changes to bank details through an established VendoPizza contact before transferring funds.
Binding payment terms: deposit amounts, payment stages, due dates, accepted methods, currency, bank charges and consequences of late or failed payment must be stated in the transaction documents for the order.
8. Delivery, shipment and installation information
Delivery countries, routes, freight costs and lead times described on the website are general information. They are not guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly confirmed in the accepted commercial documents.
Delivery estimates may be affected by production, configuration, payment clearance, packaging, carrier capacity, customs, port congestion, weather, inspections, force-majeure events, destination access and other circumstances outside VendoPizza’s direct control.

9. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- violate any applicable law or another person’s rights;
- submit false, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised information;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
- introduce malware, harmful code or security threats;
- probe, scan, bypass or interfere with website security;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- overload, disrupt, scrape or automatically extract content at an unreasonable scale;
- use website information to conduct fraud, phishing or payment diversion;
- copy machine descriptions or visual assets for a misleading competing listing; or
- send unlawful, abusive, threatening or unsolicited communications.
VendoPizza may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, company systems, commercial information or legal rights.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website structure, original text, design, graphics, branding and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to Vendo Pizza LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, images, videos and technical materials may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on VendoPizza.com does not transfer any ownership rights to visitors and should not be interpreted as an exclusive relationship unless expressly stated.
Limited permission
You may view, print or save reasonable portions of the website for your own internal evaluation of a potential purchase. You may not, without prior written permission:
- republish or commercially exploit substantial website content;
- remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices;
- present VendoPizza content as your own product listing;
- use VendoPizza branding to imply authorisation or affiliation;
- create a misleading copy or mirror of the website; or
- use content to train or populate a competing commercial catalogue where prohibited by law.
11. Information and materials you submit
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant VendoPizza permission to use them as reasonably necessary to review your request, communicate with you, prepare commercial information, coordinate relevant third parties and manage a resulting business relationship in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide it. Do not submit confidential trade secrets, complete payment-card data, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms.
Unsolicited ideas, designs or business proposals are not accepted on a confidential basis unless VendoPizza has first agreed otherwise in writing.
12. Third-party websites, platforms and content
The website may link to manufacturers, video platforms, payment providers, social networks, logistics providers, WhatsApp or other third parties. Links are provided for convenience or supporting information and do not make VendoPizza responsible for the third party’s content, availability, security, products, statements or privacy practices.
You should review the third party’s own terms and privacy information before using its service. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement, agency, partnership or exclusive distribution.
13. Privacy and electronic communications
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the VendoPizza Privacy Policy. By contacting VendoPizza electronically, you consent to receiving replies and transaction-related communications electronically where lawful.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your email and messaging accounts and for checking that communications and payment instructions are genuine.
14. Website availability and changes
VendoPizza may update, correct, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website without promising continuous availability. Maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents, internet outages or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access.
We may correct typographical, technical, pricing or specification errors when discovered. A correction to website content does not alter an already binding transaction document unless the parties agree or applicable law permits or requires the correction.
15. Website disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis for general commercial information. VendoPizza does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every visitor’s particular purpose.
VendoPizza does not guarantee website rankings, traffic, machine profitability, sales volume, revenue, return on investment, location performance, licensing approval, regulatory approval, financing or uninterrupted machine operation.
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate commercial, technical, financial, tax, legal, food-safety, planning and regulatory due diligence for their intended project and location.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, representation or obligation expressly stated in an accepted commercial document or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability for website use
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendoPizza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising solely from access to, inability to access, or reliance on general website content, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law imposes for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury in circumstances where exclusion is prohibited.
Liability arising from an actual machine sale, delivery, warranty or service is governed by the accepted commercial documents and applicable law, not solely by this website-use clause.
17. Responsibility for unlawful or harmful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss, damage or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, intentional security interference, fraudulent submission, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not impose responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by mandatory consumer or other applicable law.
18. International visitors
VendoPizza accepts enquiries from multiple countries, but website availability does not mean that every machine, configuration, payment method, certification document, warranty arrangement, delivery service or support option is available in every location.
Visitors are responsible for considering local laws governing importation, installation, electrical connection, food service, accessibility, data protection, taxes, customs, product registration, permits and commercial operation.
Mandatory consumer or commercial protections applicable in a visitor’s jurisdiction are not excluded merely because these Terms refer to New Jersey law.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms and disputes concerning use of VendoPizza.com are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.
Subject to any mandatory rights or forum rules that apply, courts with jurisdiction in New Jersey will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Website Terms. Commercial transaction documents may contain a different or more specific governing-law and dispute provision.
Before starting formal proceedings, visitors are encouraged to contact VendoPizza so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
20. General provisions
Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
No agency
Website use does not create a partnership, franchise, agency, employment, fiduciary or exclusive distribution relationship.
Assignment
You may not transfer rights under these Website Terms in a manner that would prejudice VendoPizza without prior written consent. VendoPizza may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful business reorganisation or transfer, subject to applicable law.
Entire website-use agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning public website use. They do not replace the separately accepted documents governing a commercial transaction.
21. Changes to these Terms
VendoPizza may revise these Terms to reflect website changes, business practices or legal requirements. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Website Terms to the extent permitted by law.
