Your accepted sales documents control the warranty

This webpage is a general commercial overview and is not the complete warranty statement for every machine. The accepted quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, model-specific warranty document and applicable manufacturer terms determine the actual commencement date, covered components, exclusions, remedies, responsibilities and claim procedure for an order.

Where information on this page differs from the signed or accepted transaction documents, the transaction documents control. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded in the applicable jurisdiction remain unaffected.

General coverage framework

What the limited warranty may cover

A warranty claim is assessed against the exact machine identity, reported fault, operating history and written terms supplied with the order. Coverage is not automatically the same for every model or third-party component.

Potentially covered

  • Confirmed manufacturing defects affecting a covered machine component during the applicable warranty period.
  • Defective covered parts where inspection or diagnostics confirms that the failure falls within the written warranty.
  • Technical assessment using fault descriptions, machine logs, photographs, videos or remote diagnostic information where the model supports it.
  • Repair or replacement-part coordination where the approved remedy requires a covered component to be repaired or replaced.
  • Model-specific technical guidance needed to complete an authorised warranty remedy safely and correctly.

Common exclusions or limitations

  • Consumables, food products, packaging, cleaning materials and routine operating supplies.
  • Normal wear, cosmetic deterioration or scheduled maintenance unless expressly included.
  • Misuse, negligence, vandalism, impact, pests, liquid ingress or unsuitable site conditions.
  • Incorrect power, surges, inadequate grounding, unsuitable connectivity or utility failure.
  • Unauthorised modification, repair, relocation, software changes or third-party intervention.
  • Failure to follow installation, cleaning, maintenance, food-safety or operating instructions.
  • Labour, travel, lifting, access, shipping or customs costs unless expressly included in writing.
  • Third-party payment, telecoms or peripheral equipment governed by separate provider terms.

These lists are general examples only. A listed item is not automatically covered or excluded; the applicable written warranty and the facts of the claim determine the outcome.

Warranty claims

How to report a possible warranty issue

Complete information helps the technical team identify the machine, assess the fault and determine whether the matter should proceed as operating support, maintenance, a third-party case or a warranty claim.

Stop and secure

If continued operation could create a safety, food-quality or equipment risk, stop using the affected function and follow the machine instructions.

Identify the machine

Provide the buyer name, order reference, exact model, serial number, delivery location and the warranty document supplied with the order.

Document the fault

Describe what happened, when it started, any error code, operating conditions and troubleshooting already completed. Include clear photographs or video where useful.

Await instructions

Do not dismantle, modify or replace components unless authorised. VendoPizza will confirm the next assessment step and the information still required.

Information to include with the first report

  • Purchaser or company name
  • Quotation, invoice or order reference
  • Exact model and serial number
  • Machine location and country
  • Date the issue was first observed
  • Error messages or alarm codes
  • Clear description of the affected function
  • Photos, video or machine logs where available
  • Recent cleaning and maintenance information
  • Any changes to power, network, location or configuration
Buyer and operator responsibilities

Conditions that support a valid claim

Warranty coverage depends on the machine being installed, used and maintained according to the documentation and transaction terms supplied for the exact model.

01

Correct installation

Prepare suitable access, foundations, environmental protection, ventilation, power, grounding, internet and other utilities required by the selected machine.

02

Responsible operation

Use trained personnel, follow the user instructions and operate only within the stated capacity, temperature, food workflow and environmental limits.

03

Maintenance records

Complete prescribed cleaning and preventive maintenance and retain relevant logs, service records, invoices and fault history where required by the warranty terms.

Assessment and remedy

What happens after a claim is submitted

The initial review determines whether more information, remote diagnostics, inspection, component testing or another technical step is needed. A reported failure is not automatically accepted as a warranty defect until the assessment is complete.

Where a valid claim is confirmed, the remedy may involve technical instructions, repair of a covered component, supply of a replacement part or another remedy permitted by the applicable written terms. The party responsible for labour, technician travel, removal, installation, shipping, customs and related costs must be confirmed from the transaction documents before work begins.

Replacement components may be new, equivalent or professionally refurbished where permitted by the written warranty. A replacement part does not automatically restart the original warranty period unless the applicable terms expressly say so.

Buyer questions

Pizza Vending Machine Warranty FAQs

How long is the standard VendoPizza warranty?

The standard commercial warranty is one year for new machines unless a different term is expressly stated in the accepted quotation or sales contract. The controlling documents also state when the warranty period begins.

Does the warranty cover every component?

No universal component list applies to every machine. Coverage depends on the exact model, configuration, applicable manufacturer terms and the written warranty supplied with the order. Third-party payment, connectivity or peripheral equipment may have separate terms.

Are replacement parts automatically free?

A replacement part may be supplied where a valid claim involving a covered component is approved. The applicable documents determine whether the part, freight, customs, labour, travel, installation or return of the original component is included.

Does routine maintenance fall under warranty?

Routine cleaning, inspection, adjustment and scheduled maintenance are generally operating responsibilities rather than warranty repairs unless the written terms expressly provide otherwise.

How quickly will a claim be resolved?

Resolution time depends on the information supplied, fault complexity, diagnostic access, parts availability, destination and whether inspection or third-party involvement is required. No fixed resolution time should be assumed unless it is stated in writing for the order.

Can I repair the machine before receiving authorisation?

Do not dismantle, modify or replace covered components without written authorisation unless immediate action is required to address a genuine safety emergency. Unauthorised intervention may affect the assessment or available coverage.

Is the warranty transferable to a new owner?

Transfer is not automatic. A buyer considering a transfer should request written confirmation before the machine changes ownership. Model, service history, location and remaining term may need to be reviewed.

Does this warranty replace statutory rights?

This is a commercial warranty framework. It does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to the transaction. Legal rights can differ according to the buyer type, country, contract and governing law.

This page provides general commercial information and is not legal advice. Buyers should review the warranty and sales terms supplied for their exact transaction.
