European after-sales & technical support

Your Support Does Not End After Delivery

Buying a pizza vending machine is the beginning of an operating relationship, not the end of a transaction. Vendo Pizza supports European customers from pre-arrival technical handover and installation through daily operation, remote diagnostics, spare-parts supply, warranty coordination and continued support after warranty.

Our after-sales approach

A clear support path from shipment to long-term operation

European buyers need more than a machine. They need to know who helps before arrival, who supports installation, what happens if the machine stops, where replacement parts come from and whether support remains available after warranty.

Once the sales contract is signed and shipment is confirmed, the customer can be connected directly with the European technical support team responsible for the machine’s handover and ongoing support.

Before arrivalTechnical handover, site-readiness guidance and installation planning.
At installationCommissioning support and technician coordination where included in the agreed project scope.
During operationRemote diagnostics, operating guidance and escalation when physical intervention is required.
Throughout ownershipSpare-parts support and technical assistance remain available after the warranty period.
From purchase to operation

What happens after you order a Vendo Pizza machine

The support relationship starts before the machine reaches your site and continues after commissioning.

Contract & project handover

After contract signature and shipping confirmation, the project information is handed over to the relevant technical support team.

Pre-arrival planning

We coordinate the technical information needed for site access, power, connectivity, positioning and commissioning.

Installation & commissioning

Where installation support is included in the agreed project scope, technician support can be coordinated around the confirmed arrival date.

Operational support

After launch, the technical support route remains available for operating questions, diagnostics, service cases and parts requirements.

Post-warranty continuity

When the warranty ends, technical assistance and spare-parts support continue. Any chargeable work is discussed before approval.

Keeping downtime under control

What happens if your machine develops a technical fault?

Our support process is designed to identify the cause quickly, avoid unnecessary technician travel and move the machine back toward operation as efficiently as reasonably possible.

1

Report the issue

Send the machine identity, error information, photos, video or telemetry details available for the case.

2

Remote diagnosis first

Where possible, the technical team reviews the issue remotely before deciding whether parts or physical intervention are required.

3

Parts or technician arranged

If a component is required, the correct part is identified and supplied. If on-site work is necessary, the appropriate European service resource can be coordinated.

4

Return to service

The repair or intervention is followed by appropriate checks so the machine can return to normal operation safely.

Response and repair time depend on the fault, diagnosis, parts availability, destination and service requirements. Vendo Pizza does not publish a universal guaranteed repair time unless a written service-level commitment is included in the transaction documents.
European service coverage

European customers are not dependent on technicians travelling from the United States

For European projects, including Spain, service cases can be coordinated through Vendo Pizza’s European technical support structure. Remote diagnostics are normally the first response, followed by regional technician coordination where physical intervention is required.

European technical support

  • Direct technical support route for European customers
  • Remote diagnostics before unnecessary site visits
  • Regional technician coordination where on-site work is required
  • Support for installation, commissioning and operating issues according to the agreed project scope
  • Technical relationship continues after the machine enters service

Spare-parts continuity

  • Common replacement and service parts can be supplied through the European parts network
  • Part compatibility is confirmed against the exact model and serial number
  • Specialised components are coordinated through the wider supply network when required
  • Customers are not expected to identify or source machine-specific parts independently
  • Spare-parts assistance remains available after the warranty period
Warranty & service response

One-year limited commercial warranty with coordinated technical support

New Vendo Pizza machines include a one-year limited commercial warranty unless a different term is expressly stated in the accepted quotation or sales contract.

For a confirmed covered failure, Vendo Pizza coordinates the technical diagnosis, approved covered replacement part and appropriate support response according to the written warranty terms.

Where an on-site intervention is required for a covered warranty case in Europe, the service response is normally coordinated through the European technical support structure rather than relying on a technician travelling from the United States.

Covered warranty part

An approved replacement component for a confirmed covered defect is handled according to the applicable warranty terms.

No surprise service invoices

If a cost falls outside warranty coverage, the scope and charge should be explained before chargeable work is authorised.

Warranty is not routine maintenance

Cleaning, normal wear, misuse, vandalism, unsuitable site conditions and unauthorised modifications are not treated as automatic warranty claims.

Support continues afterward

When the warranty expires, customers can still request diagnostics, spare parts and maintenance coordination. Applicable non-warranty parts or labour may then be chargeable.

Support for every project size

Starting with one machine should not mean being left on your own

A single pilot machine can represent 100% of a new operator’s automated pizza operation. We therefore treat support planning as an important part of both one-machine projects and larger rollouts.

Pilot projects

One machine, full ownership support

First-location buyers receive the same clear support route: pre-arrival technical handover, installation coordination where agreed, access to technical assistance, parts support, warranty handling and continued support after warranty.

Multi-location projects

Standardised support as your network grows

For fleet deployments, machine identity, parts planning, technical records, operating procedures and escalation routes can be standardised across locations to make future support more efficient.

Clear ownership responsibilities

Good support works best when the machine is operated and maintained correctly

After-sales support does not replace proper site preparation, routine cleaning, preventive maintenance or safe operation. Correct records and early reporting make diagnosis faster and protect the machine, the operator and warranty eligibility.

Customer responsibilities

  • Operate within the supplied technical and environmental requirements
  • Maintain correct power, grounding and connectivity
  • Follow cleaning and preventive-maintenance instructions
  • Report faults with complete information and evidence
  • Obtain authorisation before dismantling protected systems or making modifications

Vendo Pizza support responsibilities

  • Provide a clear route for technical and parts requests
  • Help identify the issue and correct replacement component
  • Coordinate the appropriate service response
  • Explain warranty versus chargeable work before authorisation
  • Maintain the technical relationship throughout machine ownership
Buyer & owner questions

Pizza Vending Machine After-Sales Support FAQs

Does Vendo Pizza provide technical support in Europe?

Yes. Vendo Pizza supports European projects through its European technical support structure. Remote diagnostics are normally used first, with regional technician coordination where physical intervention is required.

Will I need to fly a technician from the United States to Europe?

European customers are not normally dependent on US technician travel for routine service coordination. Where an on-site intervention is required, the appropriate European technical resource can be coordinated according to the location, required skills and agreed service scope.

When does the European technical team become involved?

After the sales contract is signed and shipment is confirmed, the project can be handed over to the relevant European technical support contact for pre-arrival planning, installation coordination and ongoing support.

Can a technician help with installation when the machine arrives?

Where installation and commissioning support are included in the accepted quotation or sales contract, technician support can be coordinated around the confirmed arrival date and site readiness.

Are spare parts available within Europe?

Common service and replacement parts can be supplied through the European parts network. Specialised or model-specific components may be coordinated through the wider supply network. Exact availability is confirmed using the machine model, serial number and required component.

What happens if my machine stops operating?

The support process begins with issue reporting and remote diagnosis where possible. If a replacement component or on-site intervention is required, the appropriate parts and service route are then coordinated to move the machine back toward operation as efficiently as reasonably possible.

What warranty applies to a new machine?

Vendo Pizza’s standard public warranty is a one-year limited commercial warranty for new machines unless different terms are expressly stated in the accepted quotation or sales contract. The transaction documents control the exact coverage and remedy.

Who pays for an on-site warranty intervention?

Cost allocation depends on the confirmed fault and written warranty terms. For a confirmed covered failure, Vendo Pizza coordinates the approved covered part and appropriate technical response. Any cost outside the warranty scope should be explained before chargeable work is authorised.

Does technical support stop when the warranty expires?

No. Technical assistance, maintenance coordination and spare-parts support can continue after the warranty period. Non-warranty parts, labour or travel may then be chargeable, but the customer retains the same support route.

Do you support buyers who start with only one machine?

Yes. Single-machine pilot projects receive an after-sales support route just as larger fleet projects do. The exact included installation, service and warranty scope is confirmed in the accepted commercial documents.

Are repair times guaranteed?

No universal repair time is guaranteed unless a written service-level commitment states otherwise. Timing depends on the fault, diagnosis, parts availability, destination, technician availability and required work.

Confidence beyond the purchase

Choose the machine — and understand the support behind it

Before you order, we can confirm the machine configuration, delivery scope, installation plan, warranty terms, recurring operating costs and destination-specific after-sales arrangements in writing so you know what to expect throughout ownership.
